1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between The Royal Treatment and its customers concerning the sale and delivery of products and/or services.
1.2 The applicability of any terms and conditions of the customer is expressly rejected.
1.3 Any deviations from or additions to these terms and conditions shall only be valid if confirmed in writing by The Royal Treatment.
1.4 These terms and conditions are available free of charge at the premises of The Royal Treatment and via the website www.theroyaltreatment.nl.
1.5 The Royal Treatment reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

3.1 All offers and quotations made by The Royal Treatment are without obligation and valid while stocks last, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3.2 The Royal Treatment cannot be held to an offer if the customer could reasonably have understood that the offer contained an obvious mistake or clerical error.
4.1 Agreements are concluded at the moment The Royal Treatment confirms an order in writing or electronically.
4.2 An order confirmation or confirmation of an amendment shall be deemed to accurately and completely reflect the agreement, unless the customer objects without delay.
5.1 All prices are subject to printing, typesetting, programming or typographical errors. No rights may be derived from such errors.
5.2 Prices are, unless stated otherwise, inclusive of VAT, stated in euros and exclusive of shipping costs.
5.3 Payment must be made without discount or set-off.
6.1 Orders will be fulfilled within 30 days at the latest, unless otherwise agreed. If delivery within this period is not possible, the customer will be informed in a timely manner and shall have the right to terminate the agreement free of charge.
6.2 The Royal Treatment shall have fulfilled its delivery obligation as soon as the order has been offered to the customer. In the event of delivery, the carrier’s report shall constitute full proof that the order was offered for delivery.
6.3 Delivery times are indicative only and do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.
7.1 In the case of a consumer purchase, the customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement relating to delivered products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
7.2 The customer must handle the product with care and may only use it to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
7.3 Returned products must be sent back within 14 days after notification of withdrawal. The costs and risk of return shipping are borne by the customer.
7.4 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• services for which performance has commenced with the customer’s consent before the withdrawal period has expired;
• products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised products;
• products and/or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which The Royal Treatment has no control.
7.5 Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. In the event of non-attendance without prior cancellation, any right to a refund shall lapse.
7.6 The Royal Treatment reserves the right to amend an appointment in consultation with the customer up to 48 hours before its scheduled start time.
8.1 The Royal Treatment warrants that delivered products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer and the reasonable standards of quality and fitness for purpose.
8.2 The warranty period corresponds to the manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise.
8.3 Any warranty claim shall lapse if work has been carried out on the product by third parties without permission.
8.4 The Royal Treatment is not bound by any warranty other than that set out in this article.
9.1 The Royal Treatment shall only be liable for direct damage resulting from intent or gross negligence.
9.2 Liability shall in all cases be limited to the invoice amount of the relevant agreement, insofar as permitted by law.
9.3 The customer shall indemnify The Royal Treatment against claims made by third parties.
9.4 These limitations shall also apply to employees and third parties engaged by The Royal Treatment.
10.1 Personal data shall be processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
10.2 The processing of personal data shall take place in accordance with the privacy statement of The Royal Treatment as published on the website.
10.3 The privacy statement forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.
11.1 These terms and conditions and all agreements shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law.
11.2 Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
12.1 Should one or more provisions prove to be wholly or partially invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in force and effect.
