Ordering and payment
All prices in the online shop of The Royal Treatment are stated in euros and include VAT.
Payments are processed through a secure online payment environment. Orders can be paid for using iDEAL | Wero or credit card – Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
How does online ordering work?
- Go to the ‘Shop’ page via the menu.
- Click on the product or accessory for more information. If applicable, select the desired colour and/or size and click ‘Add to cart’.
- Click on the shopping cart icon to view your cart. If you wish to order additional products or accessories, close this window and repeat the steps above.
- Once your cart is complete, click ‘Proceed to checkout’.
- The checkout page will appear. Enter your billing and shipping details here. If you have previously created an account, you can log in via ‘Click here to log in’.
- If you would like your order to be shipped to a different address, tick ‘Ship to a different address’ and enter the required details.
- Review your order and, if necessary, adjust quantities or remove products.
- Complete your order by clicking ‘Place order’.
All orders are subject to the general terms and conditions of The Royal Treatment.
Once your order has been completed, a confirmation page will appear. An order confirmation will be sent by email within a few minutes.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including your invoice and tracking code.
Customer care and warranty
If something does not go as expected, please contact us. Together we will look for an appropriate solution.
All products and accessories are covered by a 6-month warranty under normal use.
