Shipping your order

Your order will be delivered by PostNL, DHL or UPS.

Within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

Every effort is made to deliver orders within this timeframe. In exceptional cases, delivery may take slightly longer.

In most cases, you can track your order using the tracking code sent to you earlier. Should you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Orders are shipped exclusively to addresses within the Netherlands. Shipping costs within the Netherlands are on us.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Online orders can only be exchanged at the atelier during opening hours. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange purchased items online.

You may return your order – or part of your order – and place a new order. More information about returns can be found below.

If your order, or part of your order, does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days without giving any reason, provided a copy of the invoice is included.

Products and/or accessories must be unused and undamaged. Any labels must still be attached in their original manner.

Once your return has been received unused and undamaged, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days via the payment method used when placing the order. Please note that return shipping costs are entirely at your own expense.
